Signature Requirement

For orders valued at $200 or more, we require a signature upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely. Additionally, if we believe a signature will help ensure the package reaches the proper recipient, we may require it for added security.

Our returns policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction. Below, we’ll cover eligibility, the return process, timeframes, and condition requirements for returning your games, consoles, and accessories.

90 Day Guarantee Warrantee

At Rancho Retro Games, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If any items are defective and do not meet your satisfaction, you have 90 days to return them. While we strive to get it right 100% of the time, this window is here for your peace of mind. During this 90-day period, you can choose an exchange or store credit. Additionally, we offer full refunds within 30 days of your purchase date (shipping not included).

Please note that sealed products cannot be returned once opened.

The Return Process

  • Determine your product purchased from Rancho Retro Games is eligible to be returned.
  • Reach out to us via e-mail at [email protected] and let us know why you are returning your item:
    • “Product is defective”
    • “Product was not as described”
    • “Product was damaged in transit”
    • Etc.
  • Pack ALL contents of your item in a package.
  • Ship the package to the provided address.
  • Once received and approved, we’ll process your exchange, store credit or refund within 2 days.
