Shipping for Direct Orders
For orders previously placed directly with Rancho Retro Games, the shipping charges and options shown when you placed your order apply. If your order shipped, please refer to the tracking information provided with your shipment or contact us for assistance.
If an order has not shipped and we cannot meet the stated shipping timeframe, we will contact you about the delay and your options. If we cannot fulfill your order, or you choose to cancel because of a delay, we will issue a full refund of the amount you paid for the unshipped order, including any shipping charge.
Before we resume direct online sales, we will update this page and display the applicable shipping methods, charges, and timeframes during checkout.
Returns for Direct Purchases
This section applies to products purchased directly from Rancho Retro Games. We will honor the return and warranty commitments that applied when you placed your order. Nothing on this page reduces any rights you may have under applicable law.
Refund Requests Within 30 Days
For an eligible direct purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm the return instructions. Include the item and its original contents when returning it.
For an ordinary return, any original shipping charge paid is generally not included in the refund. If an item arrived defective, damaged, or materially different from its description, contact us so we can review the issue and the appropriate remedy, including shipping costs. The shipping exclusion for ordinary returns does not apply to a full refund of an order that was never shipped.
90-Day Defect Coverage
If a product purchased directly from Rancho Retro Games is defective, you may request a return within 90 days of the purchase date. Under our previously stated 90-day policy, an eligible return may be resolved through an exchange or store credit. We will discuss the available options with you after reviewing the issue. Store credit cannot be used through our website while online checkout is paused, so we will make that clear before you choose it.
An opened sealed product is not eligible for a change-of-mind return solely because it has been opened. Please still contact us if it is defective, damaged, or not as described.
How to Request a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number, the item, and a brief description of the issue. Photos are helpful for damage or condition concerns.
- Wait for our return instructions before shipping the item. We will explain the return address and how return shipping will be handled.
- Pack the item securely with its included contents and follow the instructions provided.
After we receive and review an approved return, we will process the agreed exchange, store credit, or refund promptly. Refunds to an original payment method may take additional time to appear, depending on the payment provider and your bank.
Purchases Through Other Sellers
If a page on our website links you to a third-party seller, such as Amazon or eBay, your purchase is made with that seller rather than through Rancho Retro Games. That seller’s shipping, return, refund, and warranty terms apply to the purchase. Please review those terms before ordering.
Trade-In Shipments
This page covers purchases from Rancho Retro Games. If you are sending games or equipment to us as part of a trade-in, we will provide the applicable shipping instructions and terms during the trade-in process.
